1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the AppWall NFC hardware wallet and related services provided by Smart Money Internet LLC ("Company," "we," "us"), located at 1252 N Havenhurst Dr, W Hollywood, CA 90046-4925, United States, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Product Description

AppWall is an NFC-based cryptocurrency hardware wallet designed exclusively for cold storage of digital assets. The product:

• Provides offline cold storage for cryptocurrency private keys
• Uses NFC technology for communication with compatible mobile devices
• Supports integration with the Edge Wallet mobile application
• Does NOT provide cryptocurrency exchange, swap, purchase, or trading functionality
• Does NOT connect to the internet, WiFi, or Bluetooth

AppWall is strictly a cold storage device. We do not facilitate, enable, or support the buying, selling, swapping, or exchanging of any digital assets.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Securing your recovery seed phrase (BIP39 mnemonic) and keeping it confidential
• Understanding that lost seed phrases cannot be recovered by the Company
• Maintaining the physical security of your AppWall card
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction regarding cryptocurrency ownership
• Any transactions authorized using your AppWall device

4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on this website and in our products are owned by Smart Money Internet LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

5. Purchase and Payment

All prices are displayed in US dollars. Payment methods include cryptocurrency and bank transfer. Credit card payments may be temporarily unavailable in certain regions. All sales are subject to our return and refund policy. Shipping is free worldwide.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smart Money Internet LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of digital assets, loss of data, or loss of profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the AppWall product or services.

The Company is not responsible for any loss of cryptocurrency due to user error, compromised seed phrases, physical damage to the device beyond its rated specifications, or third-party application vulnerabilities.

7. Warranty

AppWall hardware wallets are covered by a limited one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover physical damage from misuse, modifications, or exposure beyond the rated IP67 specifications.

8. Third-Party Services

AppWall integrates with third-party applications, including Edge Wallet. We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or security of third-party services. Your use of such services is governed by their respective terms.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use AppWall products or services for any illegal purpose, money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity that violates applicable laws and regulations.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our products and services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
